We understand that project requirements may occasionally change. Below is our formal cancellation protocol for standard orders and custom temple commissions.
1. Cancellation Window
An order for ready-in-stock catalog items can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided the item has not been dispatched or packed in wooden export crating. In such cases, 100% of the payment is refunded minus standard 3-4% banking transaction processing charges.
2. Custom-Carved Deities & Temple Architectural Projects
For bespoke commissions where raw marble block procurement, cutting, or artisanal sculpting has already commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted as the stone cannot be repurposed. Patrons are encouraged to consult thoroughly with our master sculptors prior to finalizing the order.
3. Cancellation by Niketan Export
In the unlikely event that Niketan Export must cancel an order due to unforeseen stone quarry shortages or export embargoes, a 100% immediate refund will be issued to the client.
