1. Scope of Stone Craftsmanship & Natural Stone Characteristics
Niketan Export manufactures handcrafted Hindu & Jain marble moortis, temple architecture, and bespoke stone artifacts using natural grade-1 Makrana marble, Vietnamese marble, and sandstone. Because each deity is carved by hand from natural stone blocks, subtle variations in natural marble veins, color translucency, and chisel nuances are authentic, organic hallmarks of genuine stone sculpture.
2. Commissioning & Custom Order Approvals
Custom commissions proceed upon receipt of agreed advance milestones and written client approval of size, pose, mudra, and stone selection. We provide photographic and video updates throughout the carving, polishing, and gold foiling stages before final crating.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, high-resolution sculpture photographs, project portfolios, technical descriptions, and design schematics are the proprietary property of Niketan Export. Commercial copying or unauthorized use without written consent is prohibited.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of contracts or transactions with Niketan Export shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
