1. Handcrafted & Bespoke Sculpture Policy
Because our deities, temple pillars, and custom statues are carved individually to unique spiritual dimensions and personal client approvals, finished custom sculptures cannot be returned once approved and dispatched. We maintain a rigorous multi-stage approval process with high-resolution photos and video calls during carving to ensure complete alignment before crating.
2. 100% Transit Damage Protection & Replacement Guarantee
All shipments dispatched by Niketan Export are fully covered by marine and transit insurance. In the rare event of transit damage, clients must document the unboxing with photos or video within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will promptly repair the piece on-site or carve and dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero additional sculpture cost to the client.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds for eligible cancellations prior to block cutting are processed through the original payment channel within 5 to 7 business days, minus standard banking transaction charges (3-4%).
